At SOLO Eyewear, we design environmentally responsible sunglasses that restore vision for people in need. We believe in living boldly, embracing adventure, and inspiring individuals to make a positive impact on the world. #LiveandGive

SOLO Eyewear began as an idea developed in a university entrepreneurship course. During the project, the creators learned about the global need for accessible eye care and discovered two striking statistics:

• Nearly 1 billion people lack access to eye care.

• About 80% of the world’s blindness is preventable.

These facts became a call to action, inspiring the creation of a company dedicated to helping others see clearly. Since launching, SOLO Eyewear has helped restore vision for more than 15,000 people across 32 countries—and this is just the beginning.

In addition to supporting global eye care, SOLO incorporates recycled and repurposed materials into its sunglasses, reducing waste and preventing hundreds of pounds of virgin plastic from being produced each year.
